PROCESS +
The process begins with a consultation call followed by a brand questionnaire. 2-3 moodboards are then presented and a style direction is chosen. From there a brand identity is developed including a primary and secondary logo. brand marks, colours and fonts. This is followed by two rounds of refinement/feedback. Additional refinements or concepts are charged by the hour.
Various add-ons are possible depending on the requirements of your brand. A custom quote can be put together once you have filled in the contact form with all details.

HOW MUCH DOES A PROJECT COST? +
Every project is different, so we always like to chat with potential clients before giving them an official quote for the project. After we've had a chance to talk about your unique business goals, we'll put together a custom proposal with a few different package options – each tailored to fit your specific needs.
WHAT PLATFORM DO YOU USE TO BUILD YOUR WEBSITES? +
I build all small business websites on Squarespace - not only does it have great functionality, but it is super user friendly & makes for easy updating post the site build. This way you don't need to hire a developer or designer every time you want to update an image or a piece of info.
I ALREADY HAVE A LOGO / BRANDING. CAN YOU DESIGN MY WEBSITE FOR ME? +
I generally prefer to work on website projects with clients who have had their branding completed by Willow & White as things tend to run more smoothly. However, if you have a full brand identity that you can share with me, I will let you know if I feel we can use it to build you a stunning website or if your branding needs further work before moving ahead.
HOW SOON CAN I START MY PROJECT? +
Branding projects typically take around 2 months to complete. Brand + website projects can take 3-5 months depending on the scale and complexity of your site. Our availability varies throughout the year, but we typically book projects 1-2 months in advance. So please keep that information in mind when reaching out to work with us.
HOW MANY ROUNDS OF REFINEMENT ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGES? +
Each project price includes 2 rounds of refinement. Having a solid strategy in place means that it’s rare to require more than 2 rounds of refinements. However, should you feel we haven’t 100% hit the nail on the head after the 2 rounds of refinements, we can continue to work on the design at my current hourly design rate.
